FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing an interpolymer carrier for oral matrix systems with controlled delivery of active pharmaceutical ingredients based on an interpolymer complex. According to the disclosed method, said interpolymer complex is obtained by mixing a solution of a cationic copolymer Eudragit E100 with an anionic copolymer solution, selected from Eudragit L100, Eudragit S100 or Eudragit L100–55, in ethanol with concentration of each of the solutions of cationic and anionic copolymers of 0.03 M at the following molar ratio, respectively: Eudragit E100 and Eudragit L100 1:2, Eudragit E100 and Eudragit S100 1:1.5, Eudragit E100 and Eudragit L100–55 1:2.
EFFECT: invention provides release of active pharmaceutical ingredient in the specified gastrointestinal tract and achievement of technological properties required for industrial production, such as flowability, bulk density and compactability.
