FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to electric bicycle drives. The electric bicycle drive has an electrically connected power source, control unit and motor. The engine includes a stator and a rotor in the form of a disk rigidly connected to the axial sleeve with permanent magnets located on the periphery, interacting with the stator coils. The stator is rigidly fixed to the hub axle. Each coil is placed in a gap between two magnets mounted one above the other and connected by a C-shaped magnetic circuit. The wheel rim is located on the rotor disk.
EFFECT: improved performance is achieved.
