FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used to determine the isometry of the intraarticular regions of the fixation of the transplant on the femur and tibia when the anterior cruciate ligament is reconstructed before the bone tunnels are drilled. The method consists in determining the variation of the distance between the fixation points selected on the femur and tibia during bending and extension at the knee joint. Prior to the formation of the bone tunnels, a knot pusher is used for the arthroscopy of the shoulder joint 1 and a small pusher Small Knot Pusher 2. Prior to the formation of the bone tunnels, the ends of the two knot pushers with a thread passing through said pushers are introduced into the cavity of the joint via a medial arthroscopic port. The free ends of the threads are removed through the same port along the knot pusher 1, the end of the knot pusher 2 is arranged in the centre of the proposed femoral tunnel, and the end of the knot pusher 1 is arranged in the centre of the proposed tibial tunnel. Tighten both ends of the thread outside the joint, pressing it against the body of the knot pusher 1. The knee joint is bent and extended. When the ends of the threads are shifted relative to the body of the knot pusher 1, the non-sometric location of the centers of the planned tunnels is determined. The position of the end of the knot pushers is corrected until the isometric fixation points of the transplant have been determined.
EFFECT: method ensures the precise determination of the isometry of the intraarticular regions of the fixation of the transplant on the femur and tibia bones during the plasticization of the ACL before drilling the bone tunnels by carrying out the threads.
