FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of a device for connecting pipeline systems and can be used in connecting small-diameter pipes of local pipelines for transporting various liquids and gases. The connection is carried out by squeezing and uniform double-sided crimping of the tapered parts of the pipe walls using a tapered connecting nipple sleeve and two sets of tapered liners, two crimp threaded fittings, screwing which ensures crimping, structural unity and strength of the connection. In this case, the seal and tightness of the connection is carried out along the inner tapered surfaces of the pipes and the tapered parts of the nipple sleeve. Due to the uniform two-sided crimping of the pipe walls between the conical liners and the nipple sleeve, not only the connection of metal pipelines is ensured, but also the connection of pipelines made of reinforced plastic, composites, ceramics and glass is provided.
EFFECT: invention ensures sound connection of small-diameter pipes.
