SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of notifying track workers and machinists of the approach of rolling stock to the workplace. The system includes track occupancy signaling modules (5) installed in the cabs of locomotives, including a modem in the frequency range from 866 to 868 MHz, with a bandwidth of up to 28 Kbit/s and operating at a distance of up to 5 km, a controller and machinist notifying devices, brigade fencing modules (1) at the workplace, including a modem for communication with modules (5) on locomotives, an ultra-broadband transceiver operating in the frequency range from 3.5 to 6.5 GHz, for communication with individual signaling modules (4) and informing people in the work area of the approach of rolling stock, and the individual signaling modules, worn by each worker of the track brigade and the brigadier, including a controller and an ultra-broadband transceiver connected to it, operating in the frequency range from 3.5 to 6.5 GHz.

EFFECT: increased reliability of quick notification of track brigades and the locomotive machinist in automatic mode is achieved.
