FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composite material element, which contains fiber filler, made of carbon or ceramic fibers, and a ceramic matrix. Such an element can be used in hot sections of gas turbine engines. The specified element also contains the first interphase layer, which covers the fibers; it is located between the fibers and the matrix. The said first interphase layer is made of aluminum-doped boron nitride; it has aluminum atom content laying in the range of 5-15%. To produce the element, the first interphase layer is created on the fiber bundles, then the preformed fiber workpiece is obtained by means of textile operations, and the matrix is created by method of chemical vapor infiltration or deposition.
EFFECT: improved durability of the element at high temperatures and in a humid atmosphere.
