FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-fighting equipment, namely to a lock and release device for a gas fire-extinguishing installation, which stores a fire-extinguishing agent under pressure in a cylinder and releases it upon receipt of a trigger pulse from external triggers. The lock and release device of the gas fire extinguishing installation includes a hollow body with inlet and outlet channels, a shutoff element installed with the possibility of its reciprocating movement and blocking the axial passage in the working control chamber, closed with covers. The shut-off element is made in the form of a cylindrical piston shutter with the possibility of movement in the working control chamber under a control action along an axis located perpendicularly and intersecting the axis of the product supply channel. On the edge of the cylindrical surface of the piston valve from the side of the control channel, a circular groove is made into which an O-ring made of SKF-260V fluorocarbon rubber is installed. A saddle groove is made on the cylindrical surface of the piston valve, around the product feed channel, into which an O-ring made of SKF-260V fluorocarbon rubber is installed. A guide groove is made on the side surface of the cylindrical piston valve, which provides movement relative to the cylindrical pin installed in the hole in the chamber and prevents the shutter from turning in it. Two through holes are made on the lateral cylindrical surface of the working chamber. The spring-loaded ball locks of the shutter go into these holes in the closed and open position. A threaded hole is made in the center of the left screwed-on cover of the device chamber, into which a tube is screwed in, supplying a control action for opening the shutter with a vector coinciding with the axis of movement of the shutter. A threaded hole is made in the center of the right-hand screwed-on cover of the device chamber, into which a plug is screwed in the form of a stopper plug. Such a plug has a structural leakage on the thread and provides the required deceleration of the valve movement due to a gradual decrease in pressure in the damping cavity near the right cover. Likewise, the stopper plug can be turned over and a transport stopper is screwed into this hole with a long part, excluding the possibility of movement of the shutter and opening of the device.
EFFECT: simple, fast and reliable lock and release device.
