HEAT EXCHANGER Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F28D7/16

Abstract RU 2748296 C1

FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used in the manufacture of heat exchangers. The heat exchanger, which was made using additive technologies (3D printing), has inlet and outlet headers with nozzles for supplying and removing heat exchanging media and a heat transfer unit consisting of the main section formed by longitudinally oriented channels having common partitions along their entire length located in staggered rows for each of the heat exchanging media and two end sections in which in parallel rows of channels, in each pair of channels arranged in series one after the other, the partitions between adjacent channels have the shape of a screw rotated to one side by 90 degrees. The length of the end sections can be increased by lengthening the formed channels, while in each successively located pair of these channels, the partitions between adjacent channels are in the form of a screw rotated in one direction by 90 degrees.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the manufacture of the device, increasing reliability of its operation and reducing its weight.
