FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to organic chemistry and includes a method of producing a compound of formula (I) and intermediate compounds of formulas (II-A), (II-B). Method involves reacting a compound of formula (II) with a compound of formula (III) under Negichi reaction conditions to obtain a compound of formula (I). In formulas (I), (II), (III), R is a protective group selected from 9-fluorenylmethyl carbamate, benzyl carbamate, tert-butoxycarbonyl, acetamide, benzyl, and tosyl; Y is Cl, Br or I; Z is Cl, Br, I or triflate. In formulas (II-A), (II-B), X and X2 independently represent Cl, Br or I.
EFFECT: improved method of producing a compound of formula (I) owing to use of less expensive starting material, fewer steps and higher output and purity of the obtained product.
