FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Applicator for surgical fasteners dispensing comprises casing, start-up system, handle, passing upwards from casing along second axis, which forms acute angle with first axis, and trigger mechanism, installed in handle. Start-up system is arranged in casing and can be moved in distal and proximal directions along first axis. Applicator includes nonlinear elongated rod, passing from casing, which has distal section, extending upward to top of said applicator. Distal end cap is secured on distal end of elongated rod.
EFFECT: applicator has imaging system, including rendering device for detecting images on distal end of said applicator, and light source for lighting field of view for rendering device on distal end of applicator.
