SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. According to the first variant, a local dissection of the posterior capsule of the lens is carried out, in the phakic eyes, the first stage is phacoemulsification of the cataract with the implantation of an intraocular lens (IOL). In this case, the anterior capsulorhexis is made rounded so that in the outer segment its radius is 4.0 mm, and in the inner, upper and lower segments its radius is 2.5 mm. Then vitrectomy is performed, the anterior layers of the hyaloid membrane are removed. Next, by cutting the vitreotome, an opening is formed in the posterior capsule of the lens in the outer segment, which extends beyond the optical element of the IOL. According to the second variant, a local dissection of the posterior capsule of the natural lens is performed in patients with pseudophakia. After vitrectomy and removal of the anterior layers of the hyaloid membrane by cutting the vitreo-tome, a through hole is formed in the duplication of the capsular bag, outward from the IOL, extending beyond its optical element.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to remove the anterior layers of the vitreous body, prevents sedimentation and retention of blood cells in the posterior part of the eyeball, shorten the resorption period, and also accelerate the visual rehabilitation of patients.
