The size in the largest dimension at a value of 0-1 cm is equal to 1, at 1-2 cm is equal to 2, at 2-5 cm is equal to 3, at a value of more than 5 cm is equal to 4. At a value of A> 0.5, the lesion under study has a malignant nature, if A≤0.5, then the tumor is benign.

EFFECT: method provides differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors in children due to a combination of diagnostic criteria.
