FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-submersible equipment, in particular to submersible oil-filled electric motors of the drive of centrifugal pumps, which serve to lift formation fluid. The electric motor has a stator, a rotor consisting of at least one rotor package, a shaft with a keyway and channels for supplying lubricant to the bearings. Bearing bushes are located at the ends of the rotor package and have radial bores and a keyway. The channel for supplying grease to the bearings is located on the outer surface of the shaft. The channel is made in the form of at least one additional longitudinal groove, consisting of discrete sections formed in the area of contact between the shaft and the bearing bushings. The length of the discrete sections is commensurate with the width of the bushings in contact with them. There is at least one additional longitudinal bore on the inner surface of the bearing bushings.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the operation of sliding bearings due to additional channels on the outer surface of the shaft and on the inner surface of the sleeve, increasing the strength and manufacturability of the shaft and the reliability of operation of the electric motor.
