FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgical stapling and cutting tools and cassettes with staples intended for use with them. Staple cartridge assembly for use with a surgical stapling instrument is configured to receive a trigger such that when receiving start-up motion, the trigger assembly is configured to move through the staple cartridge assembly from the proximal end to the distal end during the start-up process, and wherein the staple cartridge assembly comprises a cassette body, a staple and an implantable auxiliary member. Cassette housing comprises platform surface. Staples are stored with the possibility of removal inside the cassette case. Implanted auxiliary member comprises a body portion and separate fastening portions. Separate fastening portions are configured to retain the implantable auxiliary member relative to the cartridge body. Fastening sections are located on platform surface. Firing unit is configured to interact with each attachment section during the start-up process. Fastening sections are gradually released from the cassette body during movement of the focal point from the proximal end to the distal end. In a second embodiment, the staple cartridge assembly for use with the surgical stapler is configured to receive a trigger such that when receiving start-up motion, the trigger assembly is configured to move through the staple cartridge assembly from the proximal end to the distal end during the start-up process, and wherein the staple cartridge assembly comprises a cassette body, a staple and an implantable auxiliary member. Implanted auxiliary member comprises a body portion and separate fastening portions. Cassette housing comprises a slot. Fastening sections are located adjacent to the groove. Firing assembly comprises a releasing portion configured to interact with fastening portions for releasing said implanted auxiliary member from the cartridge body as the trigger assembly moves from the proximal end to the distal end.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to sew and cut tissue.
