SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical instrumentation and can be used in optical interferometers of various types as a reference beam-splitting element. A graphene film beam splitter consists of a circular or elliptical ring base with a polished base end and a film beam-splitting element applied to the base end in the form of a graphene membrane. The base of the beam splitter is made of a material with a low or near-zero temperature coefficient of linear expansion.

EFFECT: invention improves the quality of the film beam-splitting membrane and improving the operational properties.
