FIELD: muscle training apparatus.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to muscle training apparatus. The electrical muscle stimulation device contains a main part with a contact surface that is located around the abdomen. The contact surface continues in the X direction, surrounding the abdomen, and in the Y direction, which is perpendicular to the X direction. The front part of the main component is equipped with a front block of electrodes for generating an electric current flow in the X direction in the rectus abdominis muscle. A pair of extensions of the main part extends from the sides of the front part in the X direction and contains side blocks of electrodes to generate an electric current flow in the X direction in the oblique abdominal muscle. On the sides of the main component along the Y direction, at the boundaries between the front part and the pair of extensions, there are boundary cutouts that decrease in the Y direction.
EFFECT: easier flexion of the extension is achieved, which allows the user to reduce the effort of wearing the device on the body and allows for more comfort when wearing the device on the abdomen compared to a situation without boundary cutouts.
