FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to rehabilitation and physiotherapy. Local action is performed by magnetic field from eight-shaped magnetic inductor. On the area of the transverse abdominal muscle, the internal oblique muscle of the abdomen and the external oblique muscle of the abdomen on the paresis side the magnetic stimulation is performed with an alternating magnetic field of a magnetic stimulator MagPro R30 with a maximum power of 2,700 VA, peak magnetic induction of 2.0 T. Gap between the inductor and the skin surface is 1 cm. Exposure frequency is 20 Hz, 25 pulses per pack, 100 packs; the total number of pulses per procedure is 2,500. Intensity ranges from 50 to 70% of peak magnetic induction. Number of procedures is 10, five days a week.
EFFECT: method enables increasing the effectiveness of the rehabilitation treatment in the biomechanical balance disorders in the patients suffering hemiparesis as a result of a stroke.
