SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a computer-implemented method for analysis of glucose control data indicating the glucose level in a bodily fluid implemented in a data processing apparatus (4) equipped with one or more processors and connected with an indicator apparatus (6). The method includes: receiving first glucose control data representing multiple first glucose control signals wherein each of the signals indicates the glucose level in the bodily fluid at a certain point of the time of measurement, wherein the first glucose control signals are recorded at one or more time intervals of glucose measurement within the first control period used for continuous glucose control and less than or equal to 24 hours; setting a minimum period of determining a glycemic event indicating a period of time required to determine at least one first glycemic event as one of the glycemic events; based on the first glucose control data, if at least one first glycemic event corresponds with the minimum period of determining a glycemic event, determining the first glycemic events including at least one first glycemic event selected from the following group: a normal glucose level event determined if the first glucose control signals indicate the glucose level as being within the target glucose level range with an upper and a lower limits; a hyperglycemia event determined if the first glucose control signals indicate the glucose level as being above the upper glucose level limit which is above the upper limit of the target range; and a hypoglycemia event determined if the first glucose control signals indicate the glucose level as being below the lower glucose level limit which is below the lower limit of the target range; for at least one first glycemic event, determining the number of first glycemic events indicating the frequency of said at least one first glycemic event being determined during the first control period; setting a first minimum period of the total measurement time, less than the first control period; generating first displayed data representing the number of the first glycemic events for said at least one first glycemic event in a graphical striplike form if one or several glucose measurement time periods add up to at least the first minimum period of the total measurement time; and outputting the first displayed data on the indication apparatus.
EFFECT: proposed method allows eliminating possibility of inaccurate analysis of level control signals.
