FIELD: elevator construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elevator construction, it is designed for use in the manufacture of structures of external attached elevator shafts. In an attached elevator shaft having a circular cross-section containing a frame consisting of horizontal belts connected by vertical support racks covering the cylindrical wall of the elevator shaft and placed along it, the support racks are connected to the horizontal belts and to the shaft wall by means of a rigid connection. The distance between the horizontal belts corresponds to the height of the elevator cabin door designed for entering the elevator cabin located inside the elevator shaft. Each horizontal belt is made of alternating and sequentially arranged support sector, lock sector and connectors connected to each other by means of a rigid connection. The support sector is formed by two horizontal arc-shaped plates, between which vertical plates installed at an angle to each other are fixed, performing the function of stiffeners. At the edges of the support sector, free sections of horizontal arc-shaped plates are left. In the support sector between the horizontal arc-shaped plates from the side facing inside the belt, two bushings are installed vertically at a distance from each other, the ends of which, through holes made in horizontal arc-shaped plates, extend outwards of both horizontal arc-shaped plates of the support sector. Thread is made on the outward ends of the bushings to connect to the support posts. The diameter of the bushings is not less than 20 mm. The lock sector is formed by two horizontal arc-shaped plates, between which vertical plates installed at an angle to each other are fixed, performing the function of stiffeners. At the edges of the lock sector, free sections of horizontal arc-shaped plates are left. Between the support and lock sectors there is a U-shaped connector, which is formed by two horizontal arc-shaped plates, between which the middle section is located in the form of a flat arc-shaped plate. To connect all sectors to each other, the free extreme sections of the horizontal arc-shaped plates of the support and lock sectors are placed on the horizontal arc-shaped plates of the connector and are fixed relatively to each other by means of a rigid connection. In the upper part of the elevator shaft, horizontal beams are attached to the upper horizontal belt for attaching the rope storage device and the electric motor.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by the invention is a reduction in the overall dimensions of the attached (external) elevator shaft, which has a circular cross-section; ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
