FIELD: indicators.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an indicator for visual display of information on a pressurised cylinder being or not being exposed to pressure above a predetermined threshold value. The pressure indicator (28) includes a body (58), a piston (32), a first (68) and a second (74) displacing elements and a rotary disk (38). The piston (32) is located at least partially in the shaft (82) of the body (58) in a first longitudinal axial position relative to the body (58) when the pressure of the fluid affecting the base (30) is below the threshold pressure. The first displacing element (68) is located between the base (30) of the shaft (32) and the shoulder (72) of the body (58), wherein the force of the first displacing element (68) is overcome by the fluid pressure affecting the base (30) equal to or above the threshold pressure, thereby allowing the piston (32) to move into a second longitudinal axial position. The rotary disk (38) has a first angular position when the piston (32) is in the first axial position. The second displacing element (74) is configured to forcibly move the disk (38) to the second angular position when the piston (32) is in the second axial position.
EFFECT: provided is reliable mechanical apparatus that does not require complex electrical networks.
