FIELD: aircraft propulsion system.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the propulsion system of an aircraft, the method of operation of the propulsion system, and the aircraft. The propulsion system contains a variable frequency generator, an excitation circuit for inducing a magnetic field in the generator, and a compensation circuit for adjusting the excitation signal. For the operation of the propulsion system, a variable frequency generator is rotated by means of a gear drive associated with it, a magnetic field is induced in the generator by means of an excitation circuit, electrical energy is generated by the generator and its reception is provided by a compensation circuit, with the help of which the excitation signal is adjusted, the adjusted signal is fed to the excitation circuit with elimination of the influence of the frequency of torsional vibrations of the gear drive on the electrical energy produced by the generator. The aircraft contains the fuselage, wing, and the above-mentioned propulsion system of the aircraft.
EFFECT: improved quality of the generated electric energy.
