SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental medicine, veterinary medicine. A mechanical intraoperative trauma to the pancreas is applied, performed under anesthesia. To do this, two parallel incisions are made on the parenchyma 1 cm long to the depth of the cut of the needle of the insulin syringe. The wound is sutured in layers.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a morphologically verified picture of acute destructive pancreatitis, is effective and easily reproducible, and has low mortality rates.
