FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to pathological anatomy and experimental surgery, and concerns mimicking acute destructive pancreatitis. For this, pigs undergo laparotomy, bile is sampled from the gallbladder. After opening the lesser peritoneal cavity and mobilizing the pancreas, the resultant auto bile is further injected into the head, body and tail of the pancreas in a total volume of 3 ml. After this, the pancreas is mechanically traumatized by squeezing surgical forceps by jaws in various regions of the pancreas and the abdominal cavity is closed. In the postoperative period, during 72 hours when feeding pigs, 50 ml of 40 % ethyl alcohol are added to water.
EFFECT: method reduces the traumatism and the duration of surgical intervention in mimicking acute destructive pancreatitis.
