FIELD: underwater structures.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for connecting underwater pipelines and a device for its implementation. To connect the underwater pipelines, a guide is installed on one of the power elements of the footing with the connecting sleeve of the first pipeline placed on it, and the structure is lowered to connect to the connecting sleeve of the first pipeline. The specified structure contains a connecting sleeve of the second pipeline, a clamp, the first and second fixing sections, the first and second means of direction, and a hydraulic drive made with the possibility of telescopic extension. Fasteners of the first and second means of direction are fixed on the corresponding power elements of the footing. The connecting sleeve of the second pipeline, together with the clamp and the second fixing section, is moved by means of a hydraulic drive along the first and second means of direction from the position in which the hydraulic drive is in the closed state to the position in which its telescopic extension is provided to ensure that the clamp fits to the connecting sleeve of the first pipeline. The clamp is tightened by means of a torque using the rotation tool. The lock is moved from the position in which the second fixing section is fastened to the connecting sleeve of the second pipeline, to the position in which the second fixing section is released from the specified fastener. The second fixing section is moved by means of a hydraulic drive along the connecting sleeve of the second pipeline to ensure the separation of the second fixing section from the fastening means placed on the clamp, the separation of the fasteners of the first and second means of direction and the power elements of the footing. Then, the first and second fixing sections, the first and second means of direction, and the hydraulic drive are lifted.
EFFECT: effective connection of underwater pipelines.
