Also disclosed is a rodent embryo to produce a rodent that expresses the humanized Tmprss protein. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining a rodent having a humanized Tmprss gene.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of a compound in the treatment of influenza virus infection.
