FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, it can be used in combine harvesters. On cylindrical surface 1 of the feed reel, along helical lines 6-9 of the multi-stroke screw, there are radially oriented right-hand 2 and left-hand 3 gripping elements. The latter are made in the form of segments of obtuse corners. When the reel rotates along arrow 10, shelf 5 informs the incoming mass mainly of the transverse pulse of movement, and shelf 4 pulls the pile in the tangential direction. Since right-hand 2 and left-hand 3 gripping elements alternate in each cross-section of the reel, the pile is subjected to intense alternating oscillations in the transverse direction.
EFFECT: invention will provide a high speed of separation of free grain, reducing its crushing and energy consumption of the process.
