FIELD: recycling and disposal of waste.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing (utilization) of municipal services waste, urban households, industrial and agricultural enterprises. Installation comprises a pyrolysis reactor with sluice loading and unloading devices and a burner, the internal volume of the pyrolysis reactor is provided with a continuous displacement device, the outlet of the pyrolysis chamber is connected to an unloading device including a screw conveyor, and the cavity of the pyrolysis chamber is connected by means of a gas-gas mixture with the devices for cleaning, cooling and condensing the vapor-gas mixture. At the same time, a collector connected to the burner is installed in the zone of heating of the pyrolysis reactor and ensures the optimal movement of the convective flows of the coolant, and the upper part of the working zone of the pyrolysis reactor is made in the form of a dome connected to the flue gas, which ensures the optimization of convective flows of the vapor-gas mixture, the unit is provided with a cold air supply fan to the pyrolysis reactor heating zone and a cooling zone collector for the pyrolysis reactor heating zone, to ensure a uniform mixing of the cold air moving from the fan and the hot coolant in the entire heating zone of the pyrolysis reactor.

EFFECT: ensuring the uniformity of heating the bed of the pyrolysis reactor and, as a consequence, the stable course of the pyrolysis process, which in turn affects the quality of the pyrolysis reaction and leads to an increase in the volume of processed raw materials, as well as ensuring a uniform mixing of cold air with a heat carrier to ensure temperature control in the furnace of the pyrolysis reactor.
