FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of road surfaces and can be used in the production of reflective glass spherical materials. The method for producing reflective glass spherical materials includes grinding of cullet, feeding the molding material into the plasma burner of an electric arc plasma torch, melt formation, cooling of glass spherical materials, accumulation of glass spherical materials in the collector. Cullet is used after fractional sieving with a granule size of 630-2500 microns. Fractionated cullet and superdispersed aluminum powder are portioned to the first and second powder feeders of the plasma torch of the electric arc plasma torch, respectively. Then the superdispersed aluminum powder with the plasma-forming gas argon is fed into the plasma burner of the electric arc plasma torch. After that, the fractionated glass shot is fed to the plasma burner section in the plasma torch of the electric arc plasma torch in the argon plasma stream enriched with aluminum vapor. The formation of the melt is carried out by melting glass granules to form spherical particles, which are deposited by evaporation of superdispersed aluminum powder.
EFFECT: increase in the quality of glass spherical materials.
