FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction industry, in particular for the production of microspheres, and can be used for road surfaces. Proposed method comprises crushing moulding material scrap, forming averaged charge and feeding it into plasma torch of electric arc plasmatron, forming melt and dispersing it. Microspheres are cooled, microspheres are accumulated in the collector, granules are fed into the powder feeder of the electric arc plasmatron, and from it under action of dynamic head of plasma-forming gas under pressure of 0.25–0.26 MPa into plasma burner. At that, cooling of microspheres is performed in exhaust flow of plasma-forming gases. Scrap of moulding materials used is scrap of lead crystal and high-alumina refractory grade “КЛ-1.1”, which are ground at ratio of 1:1. Obtained averaged mixture is moulded in the form of granules with size of 3.0 mm.

EFFECT: obtaining microspheres with high microhardness.
