The composition of the mixture for obtaining glass-metal microballoons contains, wt.%: steel powder - 25 and cullet powder - 75. At the same time, the granular charge is moistened up to 8-10%.
EFFECT: obtaining glass-metal microspheres of high quality, with a low percentage of rejects, without the use of binders in the charge.
