SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to pharmacology, and refers to water-soluble humic acids isolated from the upper pine-sphagnum-cotton grass peat type for the correction of disorders in the immune system in pathological conditions associated with the deficiency of the Th1-dependent immune response.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of targeted nontoxic immunomodulating agents of plant origin by selectively increasing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines of interleukin-2, interleukin-12, tumor necrosis factor-alpha by macrophages and interferon-gamma lymphocytes, accompanied by a lack of influence on the production of interleukin-4 and interleukin-10.
