FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to the use of water-soluble humic acids as an agent with an immunomodulatory effect. The use of water-soluble humic acids isolated with a solution of sodium pyrophosphate from high-moor sphagnum-hollow peat, taken from a depth of 20-70 cm from the ridge-hollow complex of the oligotrophic bog of the Bakcharsky bog massif of the southeastern spurs of the Vasyugan bog in the interfluve of the Iksa and Bakchar, with a number average molecular weight of 8916 .6 Da, weight average molecular weight 32652.1 Da, polydispersity 5.7 and median 16453.9 Da, as an agent with an immunomodulatory effect.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of agents of natural origin with immunomodulatory action, low toxicity and the ability to selectively stimulate the production of interleukin-4 and interleukin-10 by immunocompetent cells.
