EFFECT: group of inventions provides preparation of a composition containing a compound (S)-2-(((4'-trifluoromethylbiphenyl-4-yl)methyl)amino)propanamide methane sulfonate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the composition has an excellent effect on preventing, alleviating the consequences and treating spinal cord injury by regenerating the nerve function deterioration caused by spinal cord injury, alleviating pain and facilitating regeneration of the damaged spinal cord tissue.
