FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pharmacology and medicine and aims at preventing or treating non-alcoholic fatty liver infiltration. In particular, the use of a compound corresponding to the following chemical formula 1, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, is described for preventing or treating non-alcoholic fatty liver infiltration: where A is oxadiazole, wherein A is independently substituted or substituted with at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of straight and branched C1-C6 alkyl; B is pyrimidine, B is independently substituted or substituted with at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of straight and branched C1-C6 alkyl; and X is independently F. In addition, methods for preventing or treating non-alcoholic fatty liver infiltration and use of a compound of formula 1, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, for preparing a drug for preventing or treating non-alcoholic fatty liver infiltration.
