SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely to functional food products for a balanced diet intended for residents of Northern latitudes. The functional product of vegetable composition contains components at the following ratio, wt.%: oat flakes are 40.1, dried pumpkin strips are 15.5, dried blueberries is 30.0, dried black currant is 7.9, nutmeg is 0.5, oregano is 0.5 and granulated sugar is 5.5.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to restore the body of residents of Russia northern regions at high energy costs and regular stress associated with uncomfortable climatic conditions.
