FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical equipment and can be used in dentistry to control efficiency of the process of remineralisation of tooth enamel. Proposed is a method for controlling quality of tooth enamel including measuring the parameters of tooth enamel before and after the remineralisation process, assessing efficiency of the remineralisation process by comparing the parameters, according to the decision, before measuring the parameters, the tooth enamel is impacted at several control points of the tooth before and after the remineralisation process with emission within the ultra-high frequency range using a measuring probe forming a near field, the ultra-high frequency signal reflected from the enamel is converted into an autodyne signal, wherein the power of the digitized autodyne signal is recorded as a parameter, and the efficiency is assessed by comparing the digitized signals before and after remineralisation, if changes in the numerical value of the digitized signal before and after remineralisation are absent, a conclusion to cancel the remineralisation procedure is made, and if the numerical value of the digitized signal after remineralisation changes compared with the digitized signal before remineralisation, a conclusion that a repeated remineralisation is required is made until the changes are absent in the digitized signals before and after remineralisation.
EFFECT: invention provides increased simplicity, convenience and speed of the process of measuring activity with a visual representation of the results.
