SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to toxicology, and is intended to predict the severity of acute toxic hepatitis. The RNA of the RIPK1 gene is extracted from peripheral venous blood lymphocytes. Extraction and normalization of the amount of RNA to endogenous GAPDH control are performed. Quantitative analysis of RAP1 gene RNA and statistical analysis of RUNX1 gene expression are performed. With a multiplicity of RUNX1 gene expression relative to GAPDH expression from -10 to -5.1, mild severity of acute toxic hepatitis is predicted. With a multiplicity from -5.0 to 0, average severity is predicted. With a multiplicity of 0.1 to 10, a high degree of severity is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the accuracy of the forecast.
