FIELD: worn-out parts restoration.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the restoration of worn-out parts using welding and can be used in the restoration of chisels of subsoilers of tillage machines. Ball-bearing steel ShKh12 is used for strip products and is 10 mm wide, 4 mm thick, the rolled products are cut to the size of the cutting part, welded parallel to the cutting part, hardening is carried out by electric arc surfacing with direct current of reverse polarity under a layer of flux at a current strength of 160-220 A, the diameter of the electrode wire is 1, 2-1.6 mm, voltage is 30-32 V, surfacing speed is 20-25 m/h and electrode wire feed rate is 100-125 m/h, and electrode wire is used as a wear-resistant material with the composition, wt%: C 2.0; Mn 0.9; Si 2.0; Al 0.8; Cr 9.2; Ni 8.0; Mo 0.5; V 0.5; Fe is the rest, while the thickness of the deposited layer is 1.2 - 1.6 mm, and its hardness is 59-61 HRC.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing hardness and wear resistance of remanufactured and hardened subsoiler bits under conditions of intense abrasive wear.
