FIELD: welding industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the restoration of worn-out parts using welding and can be used in the restoration of the working bodies of tillage machines. The method uses ball-bearing steel ShKh9 of strip rolled stock is 10 mm wide, 4.5 mm thick, rolled stock to the size of the cutting part is cut, welded parallel to the cutting part, hardening is carried out by electric arc surfacing with direct current of reverse polarity under a layer of flux at a current strength of 170-222 A, diameter of the electrode wire is 1.8-2.2 mm, voltage is 30-32 V, surfacing speed is 20-25 m/h and electrode wire feed rate is 100-125 m/h, and as a wear-resistant material the electrode wire composition is used, wt.%: С 1.5, Mn 0.9, Si 1.0, Al 0.6, Cr 8.6, Ni 4.3, Mo 0.5, V 0.6, Fe - the rest, while the thickness of the deposited layer is 1.5-2.0 mm, and its hardness is 59-61 HRC.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing hardness and wear resistance of the reconditioned and hardened working bodies of subsoilers under conditions of intense abrasive wear.
