FIELD: fish industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing raw material; salting; separating brine; pouring oil; mixing; charging resultant mass into cans and providing hermetic sealing. Before pouring of oil, the latter is aromatized with smoke flavoring preparation, which is preliminarily saturated with raw plant material of adaptogenic nature. Raw plant material is ginseng, eleuterococcus, magnolia vine, or spikenard. Method allows caviar-like products possessing clearly defined stimulating and tonic properties to be produced.
EFFECT: simplified method and improved quality of caviar-like products.
