FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsors of ground trackless vehicles, namely to the wheel construction of all-terrain vehicles, mainly self-propelled, baby strollers, cargo carts and stretchers for patients. The propulsor contains two disk elements of the same radius R located in planes, which are mutually perpendicular and are paired with each other along the radial line connecting the centers of disk elements located in both planes of disk element placement.
EFFECT: providing for combining the wheeled and walking principles of movement in one device while simplifying its design.
