SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a seamless tube of stainless steel. The method for producing the seamless tube of stainless steel includes following stages: a) hot treatment of cast of stainless steel with obtaining a workpiece of a pre-tubular shape or a cylindrical blank, b) quenching of the workpiece of a pre-tubular shape or the cylindrical blank, c) trepanning of the cylindrical blank or mechanical treatment of the inner diameter of the workpiece of a pre-tubular shape with obtaining a tubular workpiece and d) cold treatment of the tubular workpiece for producing seamless tube, wherein the cold treatment provides for one of the following: rotary extrusion, rolling on the pilger mill.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of a method providing for production of tubes suitable for operation in environments with stressful conditions with a maximum available length for reducing the amount of compounds and additional costs for tube welding and with maximum effective performance.
