FIELD: non-ferrous metal welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for electrolyte-plasma welding of products made of non-ferrous metals and their alloys. The welding zones are pre-cleaned. To do this, the products are immersed in the electrolyte and a positive potential is applied to them. A conductor is immersed in the electrolyte, which is supplied with a negative potential. A voltage of 100 ≤ U ≤ 500 V and a discharge current of 0.5 ≤ I ≤ 200 A between the anode, which is the product, and the cathode, which is the electrolyte are set. A discharge is ignited between the cleaned products and the electrolyte and cleaning is carried out for a time of 2 ≤ t ≤ 60 s. As an electrolyte, a salt solution in water with a concentration of 10-20% is used. The polarity is changed and the voltage 100 ≤ U ≤ 500 V and the discharge current 0.5 ≤ I ≤ 200 A are set. A discharge is ignited between the products to be welded and the electrolyte and welding is carried out for a time of 1 ≤ t ≤ 60 s, and the electrolyte is left the same.
EFFECT: improved the quality and strength of welded joints in a non-inert (vapor-gas) environment.
