SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of application: non-destructive acoustic emission control. The substance of the invention consists in the acoustic emission sensor apparatus with a built-in acoustic generator comprising an acoustic receiver; an acoustic generator located next to the acoustic receiver; a body, an acoustic generator and an acoustic receiver located in the housing; a fixating agent in the body for at least partial sealing of the acoustic generator and the acoustic receiver; and a wear-resistant plate acoustically communicating with the acoustic receiver and the acoustic generator, wherein the wear-resistant plate is configured to transmit acoustic energy during testing from the acoustic generator to the acoustic receiver via the structure whereto the wear-resistant plate is connected, wherein the wear-resistant plate comprises a first acoustic insulation to prevent transmission of acoustic energy from the acoustic generator to the acoustic receiver via the wear-resistant plate, wherein the acoustic generator comprises a second acoustic insulation to prevent transmission of acoustic energy from the acoustic generator to the fixating agent in the body.
EFFECT: provided is possibility of accurate measurement of acoustic emission.
