SUBSTANCE: this system includes acoustic-emission sensors placed inside or around dissolution tank. By filtering the registered frequencies to the range which is most sensitive to the characteristic features of the desired explosions, it is possible to predict the incoming melt flow before the incoming flow occurs, as well as programming response actions to prevent threatening explosions.

EFFECT: invention describes a system for prediction of explosions in a dissolution tank.
