FIELD: acoustic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used to check the operation of an acoustic-emission sensor. The essence of the invention is that an acoustic signal is generated by an acoustic wave source that is acoustically connected to a device for controlling technological process, wherein the acoustic wave source contains at least one of the number of a DC engine and an engine for transmitting tactile sensations; the acoustic signal is measured by the acoustic-emission sensor functionally connected to the device for controlling technological process, while the acoustic signal is generated by the acoustic wave source; and an operating state of the acoustic-emission sensor is determined using a processor based on a comparison of the measured acoustic signal with the base acoustic signal.
EFFECT: technical result is ensuring the reproducibility of measurement results and a reliable assessment of the operation of the acoustic-emission sensor.
