SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology and pulmonology. Disclosed is a method for diagnosing small fiber neuropathy in patients with sarcoidosis characterized by the severity of neurological symptoms in patients being estimated by the number of points in the test according to the SFN-SL scale at the value thereof of 2 or more points, the skin of the lateral surface of the leg being biopsied followed by performing an immunofluorescence assay of the bioptic material and given the density of nerve fibers below 4.4 IENF/mm, small fiber neuropathy being diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention ensures high accuracy of diagnosing small fiber neuropathy in patients with granulomatous lung diseases.
