SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrumentation and relates to a stand for measuring the parameters of multi-element photodetectors (MEPD). The stand contains two radiation sources connected to a temperature control unit, a seat for installing a monitored MEPD, a signal registration and processing unit with a personal computer and a connection unit and an interface module connected to each other, as well as an operating voltage generator. The first and second radiation sources are mechanically connected to the displacement device to provide the possibility of alternately installing the emitting surfaces of the first and second radiation sources coaxially with the input window of the controlled MEPD.

EFFECT: invention improves accuracy and repeatability of measurement results.
