The product is made in the form of a suspension containing 5-aminosalicylic acid as the active substance and excipients, characterized in that it additionally contains folic acid as the active substance, while the active substances are enclosed in granules, as the basis of granules with 5-aminosalicylic acid contains hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, as the basis of granules with folic acid: starch and glucose, as the binding component for granules: sodium glycolate starch, as the film-forming agent (intestinal-soluble coating), acetylphthalylcellulose, as the basis of the suspension, methylcellulose and water at the following ratio of components, g per suspension weighing 30.0 g: 5-aminosalicylic acid 2.0; folic acid 0.001; hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 2.0; starch 3.0; glucose 1.0; sodium glycolate starch 0.04; acetylphthalylcellulose 0.1; methylcellulose 0.66; purified water to 30.0.

EFFECT: proposed product has a high bioavailability, ease of dosing and application. The proposed suspension provides a controlled release of active substances and is convenient for patients to use independently.
