FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to thick-walled seamless casings intended for use as reinforcing elements of articles made of composite materials. The method for forming a multilayer woven casing consists in its production from weft yarns and systems of warp yarns on a forming mandrel installed in a circular weaving machine. Alternating layers of warp and weft threads carry out rectangular reinforcement, respectively, in the direction of the generatrix and the annular direction of the casing, forming the fell of the cloth in the course of its production. At the same time, the connection of the layers of warp and weft threads for the entire thickness of the casing is performed by three systems of dressing threads. Moreover, the laying of each of them at the fell of the cloth is carried out in such a way that they alternately separate adjacent weft rows. At the same time, when laying each next weft in a row, the system of dressing threads moves at the fell of the cloth by only one layer.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the breakage of the dressing threads, as well as to reduce the formation of loops of the dressing threads.
